Disclaimer: Help My Tickets is an independent third-party support service for event ticketing issues. We are not Ticketmaster, nor are we affiliated with or endorsed by Ticketmaster or Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. We do not sell or resell tickets. We specifically assist with existing event ticketing issues and do not provide general technical support.
1. Pricing Policy
Our specialized support services for event ticketing issues are provided on a paid basis. We believe in clear and upfront communication regarding costs.
- Quote-Based Service: The pricing for our services is determined on a quote basis. This means that once you contact us and describe your specific event ticketing issue, our team will provide you with a clear quote for the expected cost of our support.
- Factors Influencing Price: Pricing may vary based on the complexity of your issue, the estimated time required to provide guidance, and the specific nature of the assistance needed.
- Upfront Agreement: We will discuss and mutually agree upon the pricing with you before the commencement of any paid support services. There will be no hidden fees or surprise charges.

2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is structured around the delivery of our independent support and guidance services, not the outcome of your issue with a third-party ticketing platform.
2.1 Eligibility for a Refund:
A refund for our services may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Service Not Initiated: If you paid for a service, and due to an error on our part, we were unable to initiate the support session or provide any guidance.
- Technical Failure on Our End: If our technical systems failed during the provision of service, making effective guidance impossible, and we could not reschedule or complete the service.
- Mutual Agreement: In rare cases, a partial or full refund may be issued by mutual agreement between you and Help My Tickets based on specific circumstances.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations:
Please understand that we DO NOT provide refunds in the following situations:
- Unsuccessful Outcome from Third-Party: Our service provides guidance and support, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome (e.g., a successful refund from Ticketmaster, recovery of tickets, or a favorable resolution to your dispute) from a third-party ticketing platform. Refunds for our service will not be issued simply because your issue with a third-party was not resolved to your satisfaction.
- Client-Provided Incorrect Information: If the inability to provide effective support stems from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.
- Client Withdrawal: If you decide to no longer pursue the issue or withdraw from the service after it has commenced or guidance has been provided.
- Failure to Follow Guidance: If our guidance was provided, but the issue was not resolved due to your failure to follow the instructions or steps provided.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after services have been rendered or initiated.
2.3 How to Request a Refund:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.
