Disclaimer: Help My Tickets is an independent third-party support service for event ticketing issues. We are not Ticketmaster, nor are we affiliated with or endorsed by Ticketmaster or Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., StubHub, or any other ticketing platform. We do not sell or resell tickets. We specifically assist with existing event ticketing issues and do not provide general technical support.
1. Description of Service
Help My Tickets provides phone-based, independent guidance and assistance for users facing issues with their existing event tickets purchased through major ticketing platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster). Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Guidance for lost or missing ticket recovery.
- Assistance with account access and login problems.
- Support for understanding refund and exchange processes.
- Help with digital ticket transfer issues.
- Troubleshooting payment and billing errors on existing purchases.
- General inquiry support for Ticketmaster-related concerns regarding your tickets.
What We DO NOT Provide:
- We DO NOT sell or resell tickets for any events.
- We DO NOT guarantee refunds or exchanges from third-party ticketing platforms; we only provide guidance on how you can pursue these processes.
- We DO NOT directly resolve issues with ticketing platforms on your behalf (e.g., contacting Ticketmaster as your representative), but we empower you with the knowledge and steps to do so effectively.
- We DO NOT provide general technical support unrelated to specific event ticketing issues.
Our services are provided on a paid basis, and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon with you prior to the commencement of any service. Please refer to our Refund & Pricing Policy for more details.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during your interactions with us.
- Cooperate fully with our support team by providing necessary details and following guidance.
- Understand that our service is advisory and supportive. The ultimate resolution of your ticketing issue depends on various factors, including the policies of the third-party ticketing platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Fees and Payment
Our support services are provided for a fee. Pricing will be quoted to you before any service is rendered. You agree to pay all charges at the rates then in effect for the services you receive. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your full payment card details.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and provided through our services, including text, graphics, logos, and service marks, are the property of Help My Tickets or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. HELP MY TICKETS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE GUIDANCE PROVIDED WILL RESULT IN A SPECIFIC OUTCOME (E.G., SUCCESSFUL REFUND, TICKET RECOVERY) FROM A THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HELP MY TICKETS, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Help My Tickets and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) your interaction with third-party ticketing platforms based on our guidance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
